Giò really messed up this time! What was meant to be a little revenge got completely out of hand, and she won’t even be able to count on the help of the Insolent Club! But let’s take a step back: how did it all start?
Life at secondary school, as we all know, is far from easy, especially if your best friends are a bit ‘different’: like Rita, who has just moved to the city and can't fit in; or like Leonardo, a brilliant and hypersensitive young man with Asperger’s, but who struggles to get on with his peers; Jana knows this all too well, she wants to be a footballer, but her aunts keep giving her ballet tutus; not to mention Giacomo, who, from his wheelchair, is always ready to support his friends. It’s Giò who’ll be speaking for them – as cheeky as her red head, chatty, argumentative and a bit of a pain in the neck.
What is the Club’s mission? To correct injustices suffered by its members. To encourage them, Giacomo tells the stories of four famous people who succeeded despite the challenges they faced: Bebe Vio, Mama Africa, Satoshi Tajiri and J.K. Rowling.
